Maintenance

1. What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?

Deep clean the apartment and change the locks.

2. Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?

It is up to you! You can let us know your preference!

4. An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?

You may place a work order through your Rent Café account

5. How can I contact emergency maintenance?

Call the office number.

6. What happens if I am locked out?

After-hours locksmith. During office hours $50 lock change fee will apply.

We offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments! Sizes ranging from 731-1436 Sq.Ft. Call our office for more information!

Yes

3. What amenities does the property offer?

Saltwater swimming pool, outdoor yoga lawn, 24-hour fitness center, bark park, cyber cafe, clubhouse, and many others!

4. During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?

9 AM-9 PM every day!

5. Is there an on-site dog park?

Yes, we have a bark park!

6. Is your community pet friendly?

Yes, we love pets! Our pet fee is $300. Our pet rent is $25 per pet per month.

7. Which appliances come standard?

Stainless steel appliances, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer.

10. Are garages or covered parking available?

Yes, we have uncovered parking and garages available for rent!

Yes. We require proof of insurance coverage for your apartment home of a minimum of $100,000.

Yes, we require a 60-day notice and the buy-out fee to be paid
